How much is shipping and where do you ship? 

Free and worldwide with no minimum order

Why are your prices so cheap? 

We do not have to pay large amounts of advertising fees that drive up the cost of your unique pet products.  Being independently owned and operated keeps your unique pet product prices low too.  Imagine how cheap a bottle of soda would cost if celebrities were not paid to endorse and get paid to smile and hold the bottle on TV.   There is no middleman at 810 Pet Parlor, and we do not know any celebrities so our prices will remain low.  😉 

 

Can you ship to an APO/FPO address? 

Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO and FPO addresses currently. 

Do I receive a delivery confirmation?

We send tracking numbers through our automated e-mail system. This will allow you to track your unique pet products to your door.    

What if my order arrives damaged and what is your return/refund policy? 

At 810 Pet Parlor customer satisfaction is our top priority. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact810petparlor@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
